Job Description:
Eligibility:
- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Any Branch)/MCA and MBA (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the Sales- IT services industry.
Job Description:
- Generate leads (new customers), create a sales funnel, and close the right customers.
- Meet and exceed yearly revenue targets for the IT services business.
- Stay updated with trends in the technology industry and emerging technologies.
- Conduct organized and well-planned sales calls, including both scheduled and cold calls.
- Utilize social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to generate more leads.
- Act as a customer champion by understanding and speaking from the customer's perspective.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong functional knowledge of existing and modern technologies (iOS and Android Apps, Frontend, Backend technologies like Angular, React, Kubernetes, Cloud, etc), and eMobility.
- A technology enthusiast who enjoys learning and applying new technologies.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and position GenZS Recruitment Solutions to deliver the expected solutions.
- Proven ability to find new leads, nurture them, create a funnel, and close deals.
- Expertise in using social media for marketing and generating sales leads.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills in the IT services business.
- Ability to create commercial proposals and respond to RFPs from prospective customers.
- Excellent communication skills (both listening and speaking) and presentation skills.
- Established customer connections in India, US, Europe, and other global markets within the IT services industry.
