- Processing insurance applications or claims.
- Answering customer questions about insurance policies.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls (depending on LOB).
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to sales, insurance, or general product/service information.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers.
- Troubleshooting problems and guiding customers through solutions.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
