Job Description.
Position: Marketing Head.
Location: Indore (On-site).
Department: Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 6+ years in product marketing, with a focus on IT products.
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our product marketing efforts.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for positioning our IT products in the- market, driving customer engagement, and crafting strategies that align with business- objectives.
- This role demands strategic thinking, a deep understanding of IT products, and- the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy- aligned with business goals.
- Define market positioning, messaging, and value propositions for IT- products.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of GTM plans for new product- launches.
- Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success- teams to ensure seamless product rollouts.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and- competitive insights.
- Use data to refine marketing strategies and identify new growth- opportunities.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels,- including digital, events, and content.
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure ROI.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the product marketing team to achieve performance- goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing alignment with- company objectives.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate product value propositions internally and externally.
- Support the sales team with effective sales enablement materials, including- presentations, brochures, and case studies.
Brand Building:
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Strengthen the company's position as a thought leader in the IT industry.
Key Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA- preferred).
- 6 + years of experience in revenue-generating roles, with proven success in leadership positions in marketing.
Skills:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of managing cross functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
