Brand Manager Lead - Marcomm - IT Services (8-14 yrs)

One of the leading IT services Organization

Responsibilities:

You'll own the Marcom planning and execution, working directly with the relevant leaders, HR and collaborate with multiple functions. The role will evolve as the company grows and explores new avenues of growth.

- Drive all the Marketing and Branding initiatives for the Organization.

- Involve in ideating and executing marketing campaigns, events management, collaterals, branding and positioning of the Organization.

- Lead and develop communications to support external / internal collaboration, organization changes, team events, etc.

- Create opportunities for the leadership to engage and communicate with their teams.

- Design and implement a communication plan for the stream specific knowledge sharing and learning initiatives.

- Work closely with key stakeholders in generating content and messages that support talent acquisition for the stream, and overall employer branding and content marketing efforts.

- Proactively suggest areas/topics/opportunities for communication to support the overall strategy/requirements of the stream.

Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience:

8+ years in Communications/ Marcom , with exposure to several of the above responsibilities preferably in Technology industries.

Understanding of complex organizations and the required response from communications to work across diverse teams.

Experience: 8-12 years
