About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing & Communication Manager to lead and execute our brand strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, sales.
This role is crucial in shaping the perception of our brand and building strong relationships with our target audience.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, managing the brand's online and offline presence, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Management: Develop and implement the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Marketing Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing), offline (events, PR, print), and potentially partnerships.
- Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, and marketing collateral.
- Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent content delivery.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.
- Manage social media platforms, create compelling content, and monitor social media trends.
- Public Relations & Media Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.
- Develop and execute PR strategies to secure media coverage and enhance brand reputation.
- Performance Measurement & Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports on key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor juniors in the marketing department.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Use this information to inform brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.-
Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 3-8 years of experience in brand marketing and communication in B2C companies, preferably from digital-first brands in D2C or e-commerce space or from creative agency background.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with experience in using marketing analytics tools.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for building brands.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Familiarity with the home & kitchen industry, FMCG,FMCD ,Consumer electronics, Retail- is a plus.
