Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives, enhancing market presence, brand equity, and positioning.
- Social Media Management: Oversee all social media activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging, engaging content, and effective community management across all platforms.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Creative Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the creative team, including designers, content creators, and digital marketers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide creative direction and ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing assets.
- Brand Storytelling & Content Creation: Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with the target audience.
- Develop and oversee the creation of engaging content across various channels, including social media, website, blogs, and marketing collateral.
- Brand Positioning & Differentiation: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and establish a strong and unique brand position in the competitive landscape.
- Brand Placement & Projection: Plan and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach, including strategic partnerships, media outreach, and influencer marketing.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of branding and marketing initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and customer service teams, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all departments.
- Communicate brand updates and marketing initiatives to the organization.
- Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or social media strategy.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, projection, and placement principles.
- Hands-on experience managing creative teams in a marketing or media environment.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Expertise in content marketing and storytelling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in the education or technology industry is a plus.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media analytics).
- Experience with influencer marketing and public relations.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
- Understanding of consumer psychology and brand perception.
- Ability to develop and manage brand campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
