Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance market presence and positioning.
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Manage and lead the creative team, including designers, content creators, and digital marketers.
- Create compelling brand storytelling that resonates with the target audience.
- Plan and implement brand placement and projection strategies to improve brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine branding strategies.
- Ensure strong brand positioning and differentiation in the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to optimize campaigns.
- Supervise content development across social media, advertising, and digital channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or social media strategy.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, projection, and placement strategies.
- Hands-on experience in managing creative teams in a marketing or media environment.
- Expertise in the Creative Media segment (advertising, digital media, or brand marketing could be a plus.
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, branding techniques, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to work with designers, videographers, and content teams to create high-quality marketing assets.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize branding effectiveness.
- Experience working in marketing companies or creative agencies is a must.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Experience in content marketing, influencer marketing, and PR strategies.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and brand perception.
- Ability to develop brand campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
