The role of a Brand Manager is to develop a brand strategy for a company. Brand managers oversee a wide range of business functions such as branding, positioning, managing communication channels, online and offline promotions, public relations and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision, values, and objectives. Define the brand positioning, messaging, and identity to differentiate our company in the competitive media and entertainment landscape.
2. Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our products, services, and events. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to develop compelling campaign concepts and assets.
3. Content development and Management: Develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience and reinforces the brand identity. Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content across various channels, including social media, email, website, and print.
4. Market Research: Conduct market studies and identify opportunities by being a diligent marketing brand specialist.
5. Partnership and Collaboration: Identify and improve strategic partnerships and collaborations with influencers, brands, and organizations in the media and entertainment industry. Manage partnership agreements, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives to expand brand reach and visibility.
6. Budget and Performance: Measure the success of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, producing reports that analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience of 5 years in brand and marketing related roles
- Strong research and analytical skills, creative thinking and work cross-functionally
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and performance measurement metrics.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling in the context of brand communication and marketing strategies.
