Head - Marketing - Agriculture (7-14 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

- Drive product positioning, market expansion, and customer acquisition.

2. Brand Building & Corporate Communication:

- Strengthen the company's brand presence and ensure consistent messaging.

- Develop engaging content, press releases, and media kits.

- Manage internal and external communications.

3. Product Promotion & Go-to-Market Initiatives:

- Lead the promotion of internal products and services.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams for product launches.

- Create product-focused marketing materials, presentations, and demos.

Desired Profile:

- Education: BBA/MBA/PGDM in Marketing.

- Experience: 7-14 years of marketing and communications experience.

- Preferred Industry Background: Agriculture / Agri-Tech / Agri-Business
