Position: Head of Marketing (B2B)
Reporting to: CEO
About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our B2B marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, account-based marketing, and customer lifecycle management. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing B2B marketing team.
- Align marketing strategies with sales objectives to ensure collaboration and shared success.
Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing:
- Oversee demand generation programs, including inbound and outbound marketing.
- Optimize the lead funnel with effective strategies for lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion.
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and decision-makers.
- Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership:
- Strengthen the company's brand positioning in the B2B market.
- Drive content marketing efforts, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and webinars, to establish industry authority.
- Develop and manage partnerships and alliances to enhance brand credibility and reach.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- Use marketing automation and CRM tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analytics.
- Market Research & Customer Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to scale marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role, preferably as Head of Marketing or Marketing Director.
- Demonstrated success in driving lead generation, ABM, and demand generation programs.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in B2B marketing strategies, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in B2B marketing tools, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
