Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Define and evolve the brand strategy , ensuring alignment with overall vision and the positioning statement:
- To Establish the company as the benchmark for digital banking in India, building strong resonance with its primary audience segments.
Integrated Marketing Leadership:
- Design and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that span the full funnel-from brand awareness to customer acquisition, retention, and advocacy.
- Drive an integrated marketing plan that leverages digital, ATL, BTL, and experiential channels.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with feature launches, product innovations, and user feedback.
Creative & Digital Excellence:
- Lead creative campaigns that are bold, clutter-breaking, and appeal to the confident, empowered consumer.
- Harness the power of digital platforms to craft campaigns that resonate with the digital-native consumer.
- Explore new-age content formats, influencer partnerships, and storytelling mechanisms to enhance consumer engagement.
Data-Driven Marketing & Insights:
- Use data and consumer insights to inform strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing ROI.
- Develop metrics to measure brand health, marketing effectiveness, and consumer engagement.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.
- Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, and Analytics, to create seamless consumer journeys.
Who you should be ?
We are looking for a visionary marketer who can elevate to new heights while maintaining a sharp focus on business goals. You should bring:
- Experience: 13+ years in marketing, with a proven track record in tech-driven or digital-first industries. Experience with full-funnel marketing and brand building is essential. BFSI experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing, creative storytelling, consumer insights, and integrated campaign management.
- Leadership: A natural leader who can inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive excellence across functions.
- Mindset: A strategic thinker who combines creativity with analytical rigor and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
