Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyse and map market segments in India, assessing their value, dynamics, and growth opportunities to proactively suggest value-driven initiatives in collaboration with the Indian management team and Global Marketing teams.

2. Take primary responsibility for managing the product portfolio within India, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.

3. Possess in-depth expertise in the competitive landscape with the ability to anticipate and interpret future market trends.

4. Lead the Indian marketing team by crafting a clear vision, overseeing its execution, recruiting top talent, and continuously elevating team capabilities.

5. Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs. and end-users to enhance product adoption and engagement.

6. Collect valuable insights from KOLs to support market expansion strategies and contribute to guideline development.

7. Strengthen service differentiation and build customer loyalty through Direct-to-Consumer (DtC. activities, digital marketing, and eCommerce initiatives.)

8. Foster robust clinical engagement and partnerships to boost brand preference, create advocacy, and elevate standards of care in the market.
