Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - F&A Operations

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible to set up, re-badge and Lead Operations & Transformation for a new deal in pipeline - the role reports into the Global Operating Leader for the account (Healthcare, P2P ,OTC,RTR ,Procurement)

- Actively engage with clients to understand requirements and expectations to deliver innovative industry leading solutions. Some of these solutions would be cross functional impacting clients across Healthcare, finance, supply chain and sales functions.

- Deliver End-to-End business impact and drive efficiency to ensure exclusive implementation/ streamlining the onshore/off shore operations across client and Genpact centers. Work with the client to together nail down Business outcomes that matter, identify metrics/critical metrics, envisage client business scenarios and spell out clearly the value proposition from the customer standpoint

- Be a trusted advisor to the client CXOs by building deep understanding of client challenges and business priorities as we lead change in the complex client environment. Bring in deep industry knowledge and thought leadership in the CPG and Healthcare Industry.

- Lead Large Span of complex business and operating teams to deliver zero surprise operations. Review operating performance and transformation agenda with senior client partners reciprocally.

- Be the face of the organization in the local talent market as we expand our footprint in Australia

- Bring in perspectives of Advanced Technologies - Robotics, M/c learning, Cognitive Computing, Natural Language Processing, Analytics etc. to improve the transformation opportunity for existing / new clients to bring industry knowledge, outstanding capabilities, innovation and ground breaking technology to our clients.

- This role will require you to be very ambitious, consultative and well-networked with multiple functional teams in the organization. You will be encouraged to be passionate about industry's realities and pain points and know how to seek these using technology, domain and process expertise.

Qualifications /Experience

Minimum qualifications

- MBA, preferred a Qualification in Finance

- Proven track record of driving technology led transformation programs for clients

- Process consulting experience, preferred over business / strategy consulting

- Proven client / partner management and project management skills.

Preferred qualifications:

- Global exposure across industries. Experience in Healthcare, CPG and Retail industries is must

- Knowledge of emerging digital technologies - RPA, ML, NLP and AI etc. and their applicability to specific business problems

- People leadership and ability to lead employees during significant phases and motivating them to a common goal.
