About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Application Lead to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and maintenance of our enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a long-term technology strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency and innovation.

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Application Management:

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise applications, including planning, implementation, and ongoing support.

- Manage a team of technical experts to ensure efficient delivery and maintenance of applications.

- Monitor application performance and take proactive measures to address issues.

Digital Transformation:

- Lead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and automation.

- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve business processes and customer experiences.

- Drive the adoption of cloud-based solutions and optimize IT infrastructure.

Vendor Management:

- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with technology investments and operations.

- Develop and implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application management and digital transformation.

- Proven track record in leading large-scale IT projects and delivering results on time and within budget.

- Deep understanding of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HCM, and other relevant systems.

- Strong technical expertise in various technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and automation.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

- PMP certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, S/4HANA, Concur, DarwinBox, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Talend.

- Knowledge of low-code/no-code development and RPA.

- Experience with AI and machine learning applications.
