Job Description :

The position involves designing, developing, and deploying AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and DL (Deep Learning) frameworks for robotics applications, focusing on humanoid and quadruped platforms. The candidate is expected to lead a team to develop scalable, real-time AI systems for complex manufacturing and industrial tasks.

Core Responsibilities :

Strategic AGI/DL Architecture :

- Define modular AGI architecture for robotic systems.

- Develop a phased roadmap aligning short-term and long-term AI goals.

- Deploy cross-platform solutions using cloud and edge computing.

AI/ML Model Development :

- Implement DL models like CNNs, RNNs, Transformers.

- Use generative AI and reinforcement learning for problem-solving.

- Optimize models using NVIDIA CUDA, TensorRT, etc.

Robotics and Simulation Development :

- Integrate AGI/DL models with ROS for seamless robotic control.

- Build simulation environments (e.g., Gazebo) for testing.

- Focus on humanoid and quadruped robotics for stable locomotion.

Perception and Sensor Fusion :

- Develop advanced computer vision and LiDAR processing algorithms.

- Integrate multiple sensor data for accurate spatial mapping and navigation.

Software Deployment :

- Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and NVIDIA tools for scalable deployments.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for iterative model improvements.

Team Leadership :

- Mentor and manage AI and robotics engineers.

- Conduct code reviews and set performance goals.

Research and Innovation :

- Stay updated on AGI/DL advancements.

- Lead R&D in areas like transfer learning and multi-modal learning.

Performance and Compliance :

- Optimize AGI/DL models for real-time use.

- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data security protocols.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Master's or Ph.D. in AI, robotics, or a related field.

Experience : 10+ years in AI/DL/robotics with 5+ years in leadership roles.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in ROS, Gazebo, TensorFlow, CUDA, Python/C++, sensor fusion, and reinforcement learning frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, DevOps/MLOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

- Manufacturing domain knowledge and familiarity with regulatory compliance.
