Vice President - Control Transformation Lead - Financial Institution (15-19 yrs)

Our client is one of the leading Financial Institution keen to hire an experienced Controls Transformation Lead to join our Chief Control Office (CCO) within the GCIO division in Mumbai.

This role supports our global Controls Transformation efforts by establishing and maintaining risk frameworks, policies, and tools, with an immediate focus on implementing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (SNOW-IRM).

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Develop and support the GCIO-CCO Transformation Strategy and risk management framework.

- Lead the design and deployment of SNOW-IRM, working closely with vendors and stakeholders.

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for program implementation, ensuring alignment with CCO requirements.

- Define performance metrics to assess tool effectiveness and provide ongoing advisory on risk management frameworks.

- Foster stakeholder engagement to build a culture of risk awareness and accountability.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- People with 15+ Years of experience.

- Proven experience in technology controls transformation, including frameworks, procedures, and tools.

- Prior experience with ServiceNow IRM or similar GRC tools.

- Strong understanding of technology risks (IT, Information Security, Data Management).

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields (e.g., BE, B. Tech, MCA, M. Tech).
