Head - Operations - Financial Services (18-25 yrs)

Role Overview:

The Vice President - Operations will oversee and lead the operations teams at the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Gurgaon. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, driving process efficiency, and aligning the GCC's functions with the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing operations in GCCs and have a proven track record of driving transformational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage operations teams, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and delivering measurable outcomes.

- Collaborate with UK-based teams to align strategies, standards, and deliverables with global objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum 18 years of experience in leading operations teams, preferably in GCCs within the financial services industry.
