Responsibilities:

- Disbursal

o Disbursal Of LOC And Term Loan As Per SLA

o Disbursal Tracking With Finance Team

o Lender Coordination For Disbursal.

o LMS Management

o Disbursal TAT Tracking

- Security Monitoring

o Cross Checking LTV At The Time Of Disbursal

o Daily Monitoring Of LTV Breach Cases

o Sending Out Notices + Invoke Securities For LTV Breach Cases

- Repayment And Closure

o Repayment Update Of Razorpay, Cashfree And Google Pay

o EMI Presentation + Tracking + Collection Follow Up

o Refund And Foreclosure

o Unlien securities after loan closure

- Partner Payout

o DSA Onboarding Management

o Monthly Payout Tracking

- Customer Support

o Handling Daily Query Of Customers Regarding Loan, EMI Deduction, Foreclosure Etc.

o Providing SOA To Customers As Per Request

- Updating CIBIL Of Defaulting Customers

Qualifications:

- 10-15 Years Of Experience In A Financial Services

- Experienced In Operations Of Regulated NBFC

- Ability To Communicate Effectively

- Ability to lead a team of 8-10 people.

Education:

- Bachelor's/University Degree
