Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in lead generation to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building long-lasting relationships with clients in the digital transformation space.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Proactively research and identify new business opportunities in the digital transformation sector.
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including outbound cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Understand client needs and requirements to propose tailored digital transformation solutions that align with their business goals.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales meetings to articulate the value proposition of our services.
Sales Strategy and Market Analysis:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and verticals.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations that effectively address client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Set and achieve individual sales targets in line with the company's business goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, sales progress, and conversion rates.
- Track KPIs and implement best practices to optimize sales performance.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content, campaigns, and strategies that support lead generation efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on Lead Generation and sales conversion in the digital transformation or technology sector.
- Proven experience in generating high-quality leads through outbound activities (cold calling, email outreach, social media, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies, including cloud solutions, AI, data analytics, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with digital transformation industry trends and challenges.
- Experience working in a B2B sales environment, particularly in IT, software, or consulting services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
