Candidate Profile:
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive client ratings.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients and team members.
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
- Track all business-related invoices.
- Train sales professionals and help improve their skills.
- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with Clients.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in End to End Sales, Lead generation, Solution Selling, Website, Software & Applications.
- Well versed with bidding portals Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and many more.
- Should have experience of working on MEAN, MERN, PHP CMS, PHP Frameworks, Asp.net, Blockchain, AI/ML, Mobile applications etc.
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Create a sales pipeline.
- Increase sales of the business, Team handling experiences.
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.
- Develop the business sales and marketing strategy with Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech, BCA, Master's 3-10 years of experience including team handling exposure.
- Foreign Language will be considered as a plus point.
