Key Responsibilities

• Shape GeakMinds Marketplace Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to refine the companys go-to-market vision and strategy.
• Drive Growth and Profitability: Lead market analysis and product positioning efforts. Utilize customer insights and explore business model innovation to drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and optimize financial performance.
• Own the pipeline number, working with the extended marketing team to define the revenue marketing plan, channel mix, data & analytics for GeakMinds revenue marketing function to drive net new and expansion pipeline across the entire customer lifecycle and across industries.
• Build and lead a team focusing on demand gen, performance marketing, ABM, events, webinars, and customer campaigns with a focus on driving revenue.
• Product Marketing: Provide strategic direction and creativity by developing assets, including videos, one-pagers, sales presentations, brochures, etc., while ensuring an ongoing cadence of go-to-market activity to maintain engagement and support business growth.
• Brand Development and Implement Content Strategies:  Create compelling content that engages B2B audiences, elevating brand awareness and reinforcing GeakMinds value across multiple business units.
• Serve as GeakMinds thought leader on social media strategy.
• Craft Engaging Presentations:  Design and manage high-impact presentations that effectively convey GeakMinds branding story and core strategies to partners and C-suite executives
• Collaborate Across Departments:  Work closely with senior stakeholders to align content strategies with business objectives, identifying strengths and opportunities within GeakMinds B2B offerings.
• Analyze and Optimize Content : Monitor content effectiveness and optimize strategies leveraging data insights on all communication to ensure maximum impact.
• Enhance Sales Materials and Strategy:  Develop and refine sales collateral to support the Sales Organization
• Build a regular update cadence with relevant leadership on impacts, plan deliverables, and timelines.
• Define and own KPIs for targets and track performance metrics every month, and iterate quickly to optimize, proactively detect, and course correct immediately.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS experience preferred) with a strong, demonstrable focus on pipeline growth and high-quality execution.
• Industry and product Knowledge:  Familiarity with the tech industry; experience in the manufacturing and telecom sector is a plus.
• Data-Driven Approach:  Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to substantiate content strategies and value propositions
• Leadership Capability:  Experience in people management, with a track record of hiring, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• World-class business acumen with a bias for data-driven decision-making and velocity of execution.
• A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.
• Someone who flourishes when given responsibility and a sense of ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
• 2+ years of account-based marketing experience
• 2+ years of product marketing experience
