Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment, Handling End-to-end processes.
• Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy and produce and update job specifications and descriptions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities.
• Perform interviews and evaluate the candidate's skills, follow up with the successful candidates, and update the candidates with feedback.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, coding assessments, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define precise role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Foster a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
