GeakMinds is an excellent environment for newcomers to learn and for experienced individuals, it provides ample space for personal exploration. When you perform well, you will promoted to the next position for sure. The atmosphere is also welcoming and friendly.

1. Perfect company which is growing step by step in a great pace. 2. They give equal chances to everyone to grow. 3. Leaves: management don't even ask you a reason why you are taking leave. They themselves manage if we are having emergency work. 4. Healthy Snacks in the evening daily. 5. Management & CEO direct interaction with employees when any issue happens to resolve them (there we can have lesser politics). -- Many more are there.

Dislikes

Appraisal: They don't even care us until we beg them by calling the management to give us appraisal. If we don't beg them at the time of appraisal, we will not have it entire year.
