They themselves manage if we are having emergency work. 4. Healthy Snacks in the evening daily. 5. Management & CEO direct interaction with employees when any issue happens to resolve them (there we can have lesser politics). -- Many more are there.

Appraisal: They don't even care us until we beg them by calling the management to give us appraisal. If we don't beg them at the time of appraisal, we will not have it entire year.
