As an integral member of a young, passionate, and lean team building one of the fastest-growing organizations in the country, you will be working across a range of marketing and brand activities. You will be working alongside product delivery, social media, and leading influencer and content relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with creators and partner teams to build fun, innovative, forward-thinking content (short and long form) to drive Grazittis marketing objectives.
- Plan and deliver influencer campaigns in line with the brand's marketing objectives
- Build content that helps build Grazittis brand narrative and is interesting to our audience
- Come up with trends and insights to create the right media mix for go-to-market plans
- Build through the funnel innovative ideas when co-creating marketing campaigns with another user brands.
- Manage reporting and measurement.
- Curious, with a learning mindset: We live in a constantly evolving world with user behavior, popular culture and social trends change all the time.

- Strong Digital focus: Strong desire to understand user behavior on social media platforms.
- Deep understanding of what makes users "tick" and how to engage with them as a brand.
- Undertake digital marketing for groups of CXOs, and other marketing-related activities
- Build social media plans and campaigns
- Right-brained: Passion for story-telling and/ or creative ideas.
- Comfort with writing briefs to agencies and building creative programs to drive engagement.
- Help with the preparation of marketing content and Assets for training and branding.
A hustler: You like rolling up your sleeves and can get things done.
Conduct campaigns and virtual/physical events for MQLs and branding
Organized: You keep your cool while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
-Comfortable with data: Comfortable looking at data and drawing insights.
-Writing ability is a must.
Expertise:
• Marketing program planning, execution, timeline, and post-analysis.
• Budget and vendor management - maximizing ROI in marketing program and/or event investments
• Developing strategy plans and executing Integrated inbound and outbound marketing programs
including events, webinars/webcasts, digital marketing, email campaigns, social media channels,
telemarketing, and online programs.
• Enable development of marketing material including sales brochures, flash demos, collateral, e-
books and web-based tools.
• Proficient with Technology understanding
• Hands-on experience with Goto Webinar, ON24, MS Dynamics, MS -Excel, and other marketing tools.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a full stack marketer/Integrated Marketing, with some experience in
influencer marketing and content creation targeted towards CXOs audiences.
• Experience communicating with decision-makers would be highly desirable.
• Huge appetite to learn, curious about all things marketing, and willing to work in a high-paced
environment.
• Strong communication skills and passion for story-telling.
