Brand and Design Strategist

We are seeking a meticulous and creative Brand Compliance and Design QA Specialist to ensure all designs and content adhere to our brand guidelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creativity and quality, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all design deliverables. Key 

Responsibilities: 

• Brand Compliance: ○Review design assets (print, digital, and multimedia) to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, including typography, color, logo usage, and layout. ○Act as a gatekeeper of the brands identity by maintaining consistency across all visual communications. 
• Guidelines Development: ○Update and refine brand guidelines regularly to align with evolving market trends and company goals. ○Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new guidelines for emerging platforms, campaigns, or business requirements. ○Proactively suggest enhancements to brand guidelines and QA standards.
• Quality Assurance: ○Conduct detailed QA checks for design deliverables to ensure accuracy, alignment, and visual appeal. ○Identify and correct errors in typography, layout, resolution, and other design elements. 
• Collaboration: ○Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to address issues and ensure smooth execution. ○Provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and adherence to brand standards. 
• Process Improvement: ○Develop and document QA processes and best practices to improve design review workflows.

 ○Proactively conducting sessions for Design and Marketing teams to make them understand the process and guidelines to ensure lesser errors. 

○Conduct proactive sessions for Design and Marketing teams to educate them on processes and guidelines, ensuring alignment and minimizing errors in deliverables. 

• Tool Proficiency: ○Use tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, or similar for design review. ○Utilize task management tools (e.g., Zoho, Jira) for efficient workflow management. ○Create visually compelling presentations and detailed brand guidelines using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Adobe InDesign.

Duties

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in brand compliance, design QA, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, branding, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
• Ability to communicate feedback tactfully and constructively.
• Strong proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
