Location : Malad West Mindspace Head Office

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (All Saturday half day)

Please find below the Job-Description:

• Responsible for meeting and exceeding given sales target as an individual contribution as well as support sales team for the same.
• Will need to plan a lead generation strategy Skills:- Lead Generation, International sales, Business Development, Inside Sales and cold calling
• Responsible for sales and generating new leads through field sales team as well as through online & offline sales activities to achieve present and future goals.
• Contact prospective clients on phone and persuade them to buy our product.
• Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship.
• Explain the product features to the customers.
• Follow up with customers for orders.
• Negotiation with the client and close the deal.
• Coordinate with Quotation Department & Client.
• Maintain records of interaction with customers and its status for follow up.
• Coordinate with client and arrange meeting for sales staff.
• Monitor the working of filed sales staff including their attendance, sales report etc.
• Prepare daily sales report

Qualities required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone presence and listening skills.
• Convincing & Negotiation skills.
• Confident in MS Office Excel.
