Executive /Sr.Executive - Quotation & Tender (ONLY Engineers required)

Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

• Prepare a quotation and send it to the client for further discussion with Internal Teams.
• Revise the quotation and send when required.
• Techno-commercial offer preparation.
• Study all tender documents.
• Coordinate with concerned departments and fill the tender documents.
• Ensure proper and timely submission of tenders.
• Complete days assignment by the end of the day to meet deadlines.

Extra Skill required :-

• Excel and work with Formulas.
• Mathematical skills - basic calculations accurately and quickly.
• Proficiency in Unit of measurement .
