Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

• Receives sales enquiry from various sources such as email, telephone calls, toll free number, customer care department, etc.
• Understand the customers requirement, get clarifications from customer.
• Interact with customers to find out the exact technical specification so as to suggest the appropriate product accordingly.
• Recommend companys other product to the customers.
• Explain the product features to the customers.
• Maintain records of interaction with customers.
• Pass the lead to inside sales team.
