Legal Executive

Role & responsibilities

• To draft, review and manage documents, agreements, contracts and other commercial documents for the company.
• To prepare & handle legal matters of the company in different courts, forums etc. directly or in co-operation with local counsel.
• To lodge complaints on behalf of company with various Govt. department.
• To correspond with Government & Private Parties.
• To liaise with Govt. departments for various works.
• To serve legal notices to Companys defaulters.
• To register & renew company’s intellectual property.
• To check legalities of various documents of company.
• To provide assistance regarding legal compliances for various audit of the company.

Good Experience in Litigation & Non Litigation

Education :- LLB
