Position Overview:

As a Insides Sales Lead, you will be at the forefront of reaching out to potential or existing install base clients via phone, email and CRM tools, introducing them to our services, and initiating valuable conversations. This role demands a persistent and persuasive individual who thrives on connecting with people and converting cold leads into warm prospects. This role will partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute campaigns and initiatives designed to target, find and engage potential clients. The incumbent will achieve the assigned/agreed to target of qualified L3 leads communicated via their individual compensation plan.

Primary duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Find new clients or prospects via a variety of tactics and tools including but not limited to and set up an initial call / meeting with appropriate Account Executive:
  • Outbound warm calling calls based on preparation and targeting
  • Emails to validated prospects
  • LinkedIn Outreaches using InMail or messages to identified prospects
  • Other tactics as identified
  • Qualify leads identified as L2’s from existing and new marketing campaigns and set up an initial call/meeting with AE:
  • Validate against industry, company and title criteria
  • Execute outreaches including outbound calls, emails and other tactics
  • Setup and ensure meeting takes place between prospect and AE
  • Partner with AE’s to help whitespace and contact targeted accounts as agreed
  • Maintain detailed and appropriate notes and activities in CRM
  • Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients through effective cold calling techniques and emailing.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and potential leads in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adjust cold calling strategies accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed cold calling targets and other performance metrics consistently.and performance metrics, consistently delivering results and driving revenue growth.

Success Factors

  • Proven success in cold calling or a related sales role.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
  • Persistent and resilient with a high tolerance for rejection.
  • Skillful in qualifying leads and transitioning them to the sales team.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with a clear and engaging phone presence.
  • Ability to pitch and articulate the value proposition of our services effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the SAP industry.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the US market and experience with lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Professional and presentable demeanor
  • Comfortable with U.S. Shifts: (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time)
