- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt and efficient assistance.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery by addressing customer concerns professionally and courteously.
- Utilize excellent verbal communication skills in Telegu and English to interact, connect, and effectively communicate with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while resolving customer issues and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telegu and proficiency in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including 24*7 availability and rotational weekly offs.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
