We are looking for immediate joiners for an amazing opportunity!!

We have an exciting opportunity for both fresher and experienced candidates with good Verbal communication skills for an International Voice support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Revert on calls on variety of issues.
• The agent has to revert on calls for resolving multiple issues.
• Resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
• Take ownership & deliver on customer commitments.
• Liase with others within the process in the event where customer query can't be resolved at first point of contact.

Walk-in Time: 11AM to 2PM

Mode of Interview:

1. F2F HR round
2. SVAR Assessment
3. Operations manager round

Eligibility Criteria:

• Intermediate or Graduate freshers(NO BE/BTech/PG) can also apply
• Graduates or Undergraduates with 1 year experience into international voice process candidates can apply
• Looking for excellent communication
• Prior experience into international voice process would be an added advantage
• Will have excellent growth opportunities with organization
• Transport boundary would be 23KM from office
• One way cab will be provided
• Another way shuttle services will be provided till or from raidurg metro station
• Can complete all the rounds of interview in single day
