Job Title: Bulk/Volume Hiring Recruiter International BPO (International Process)

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment Process:
   
• Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for international BPO processes.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for various roles across international customer service, technical support, back-office operations, and other functions.
• Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews, as well as virtual assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and position requirements for international roles.

2. Sourcing and Talent Pool Management:

• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs and future requisitions.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of candidates, ensuring effective tracking and timely follow-up.
