Responsibilities

• Develop job descriptions: Create and update job descriptions to attract qualified candidates
• Source candidates: Find potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes: Review resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates
• Interview candidates: Conduct interviews by phone, video, or in-person
• Assess candidates: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications to determine if they're a good fit for the role
• Make job offers: Send job offers to qualified candidates and answer questions about compensation and benefits
• Onboard new hires: Help new hires get started by providing guidance and answering questions
• Track metrics: Monitor key metrics like time-to-fill and time-to-hire
• Create reports: Create reports on recruitment needs, activities, and metrics
• Collaborate with managers: Work with managers to identify future hiring needs and improve the recruitment process
