- Worked in International process as QA for minimum 1 Yr.
- Monitor, evaluate and score inbound calls & provide feedback, 7 QC Tools.
- Calibration sessions, employee communication sessions.
- Conduct / Lead training sessions.
- Provides performance expectations, action plans and development plans to improve call quality.
- Should have good knowledge of Excel to make reports in reference to performances.
