Position : Assistant Manager

For domestic voice process.

Salary :- 30K Inhand 37K Inhand

Location :- NSEZ sector 81 Noida

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of BPO professionals in domestic Process.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance team productivity.
• Engaged in managing the AHT as per the standard Sop.
• Manage the team leaders and agents.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Should have experience as AM/DM in domestic voice process.
• Should be having good communication skill.
• Good in excel/Data Making.
• Immediate Joiner.
• Should be flexible to work.
