🌟 Position: Collections Executive
Location: Firstsource, Malad West, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹4.6 Lpa (depending on last drawn)
Shift Type: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week + 2 Rotational Offs

Key Responsibilities:
📞 Manage inbound & outbound calls
💼 Resolve payment issues, negotiate settlements, and manage accounts
📝 Ensure accurate data entry & documentation

What Were Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO collections or customer service
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
✔️ Attention to detail and capability to handle challenging situations
