Shift Timings: Rotational Night Shift

Date of Joining: Immediate

Mode of Work: WFO

Role & responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Should be flexible working in rotational night shifts

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in international customer support
• Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Candidates with a BE, B-Tech, BSC, or PG Freshers degree will not be eligible to apply
