Job Description
Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) position is a critical role within our organization, focusing on driving business growth, establishing new client relationships, and fostering existing partnerships. Based in Mumbai, the BDE will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the company s visibility in the market and capture new business opportunities. As a BDE, you will play an instrumental role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our services.
- Conduct follow-up activities with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand network.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and progress towards goals.
- Stay updated on competitors activities and new market developments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer success.
- Experience in B2B sales preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
