JD for Human Resources Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, to meet company staffing needs also hands on some recruitment portals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for smooth interview processes.

Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive and efficient integration experience.

Maintain employee records with accuracy, handling sensitive information confidentially.

Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance reviews.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries, fostering a supportive HR presence

Coordinate employee engagement, training, and team-building activities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; proficiency in HR software.

Fashion TV is more than just a workplace, it's a second home to me. The sense of belonging and relationship among colleagues is amazing. The company encourages a healthy work-life balance and provides ample opportunities for career growth. Nevertheless, I wouldn't trade my time here for anything else.

The only thing i wish could be improved is the frequency of team-building activities, as they truly bring us together.
