Human Resources Executive

Universal Consulting is a strategy consulting firm with 30 years of experience helping clients grow in the Indian market. We are looking for an HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support our HR Manager. The role focuses mainly on recruitment and includes responsibilities in performance management, training, employee retention, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Identify, source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and handle initial interviews.
• Maintain and manage candidate databases for accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Report to the HR Manager and provide insights on talent acquisition.

Training and Performance Management:

• Assist in managing a quarterly training calendar and coordinate logistics.
• Ensure timely performance evaluations and assist in gathering training feedback.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

• Help organize staff programs and events to boost retention.
• Support onboarding of new hires and mid-year performance checks.

Content Creation:

• Create clear, concise content for HR announcements and updates.
• Develop materials for HR programs like training and appraisals.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and HR, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing candidate databases and using recruitment software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
