Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and/or Labor Relations
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in managing HR activities.
Good knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, safety practices, compensation strategy, and employment law compliance.
Work with management to formulate & execute motivational programs for employees.
Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Strategy Implementation:
Put the organization s talent and human resources strategy into action.
Provide guidance and assistance to department heads, management, and other personnel as needed.
Work with department heads to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions.
Recruitment and Hiring:
Supervise the hiring process for qualified candidates across all open positions.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees involved in any malpractices, unethical activities, etc.
Employee Engagement and Development:
Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, ensuring their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy.
Champion the onboarding process to ensure it is high-quality and effective.
Establish and implement orientation and training programs to aid recruitment efforts and equip employees for their duties.
