About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and develop tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players and potential collaborators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive joint business initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
- Analyze market data and provide insights to inform business development strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging technologies.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales and Pipeline Management:
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure alignment on business development initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
