1. Qualifications and skillsets needed: a. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. b. Experience in Human Resources with strong recruiting expertise of 4 to 5 years. c. Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and regulations. d. Proficiency in spoken and written English. e. Typing skills with a minimum of 50 wpm.
2. Tasks and Responsibilities: a. Recruitment and Onboarding. Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. b. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. c. HR Administration: Maintain HR documentation/databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, including policies, procedures, and announcements. d. HR Projects: Participate in special HR projects or initiatives as assigned, such as process improvements, system implementations, or organizational change efforts. e. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other in-house HR team members and departments to ensure alignment and coordination of HR activities. f. Compliance: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. g. Employee Engagement and Culture: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture. Organize employee recognition programs, events, and activities to foster a positive work environment.
3. Compensation offered: To be decided based on the candidate’s experience and expectations.
4. Additional Perks: a. Medical insurance coverage of 4 lakhs for self, spouse, and a maximum of 2 children under age 25. b. Accident insurance worth 5 x annual CTC of the employee.
