With over 25 years of excellence, we operate 12 dedicated fashion and lifestyle channels and reach 2 billion viewers across 193 countries. As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA graduates with a strong interest in HR practices to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting while learning and growing in the HR domain.
- Recruitment Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Records HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to foster a positive work culture.
- Performance Management: Assist in coordinating the performance appraisal process, tracking employee progress, and supporting managers with feedback and development plans.
- Training Development: Help with identifying training needs, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining training records.
- HR Compliance: Ensure HR processes and practices comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing support where necessary and escalating issues to HR management as needed.
- Reporting Analysis: Assist in preparing HR reports, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other HR-related metrics.
- HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and talent development programs.
- Education: MBA in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field (Freshers welcome).
- Knowledge of HR Principles: Basic understanding of HR processes, labor laws, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across various departments.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues and making improvements.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is an advantage.
