Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to drive business growth in the Critical Power Electronics sector, specializing in Switched-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) and power solutions for telecom towers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key telecom clients, ensuring optimal sales performance, and driving strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Key Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key telecom customers, tower companies, and infrastructure providers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored power solutions for telecom tower applications.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for SMPS and power solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide competitive solutions and proposals.

3. Technical & Product Expertise

  • Provide technical consultation to clients on power electronics solutions, including DC power systems, rectifiers, inverters, battery chargers, and energy storage solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in telecom power management.
  • Work closely with the R&D and engineering teams to customize solutions based on customer needs.

4. Market & Industry Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and market positioning.

5. Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and agreement finalization with customers.
  • Ensure profitability while maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

6. Customer Support & After-Sales Service

  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or technical issues promptly.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development in power electronics or telecom power solutions.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of telecom tower power infrastructure, SMPS, rectifiers, energy storage, and renewable power solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with DC power systems, hybrid power solutions, lithium-ion battery storage, and grid-independent telecom sites.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites and telecom tower locations as needed.
