Job Description

Responsibilities:

.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and regions.
  2. Client Acquisition and Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Product Knowledge and Presentation:
    • Develop a thorough understanding of EV charger products and technologies.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients and partners.
  4. Market Analysis:
    • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for product development and market positioning.
  5. Sales Reporting and Administration:
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
    • Manage sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  6. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts.
    • Close sales deals and manage the order fulfilment process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products.
    • Building businesses that create value from EV charger Technology - Market Analysis, Segmentation, Competition Benchmarking and Strategic Alliances across global market to offer end to end energy storage solutions - Adding new Customer & new products in assigned territory

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor is degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in energy storage technology are a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Charger technology, applications, and market trends.
  • Skills:
    • Proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic sales plans.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
