General Marketeer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage social media platforms, create content, and engage with the audience to improve brand presence.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to create compelling marketing collateral.
• Optimize website content for SEO and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).
• Support event planning, partnerships, and PR initiatives to strengthen the companys market position.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from IIMs or MICA
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for brand storytelling.
• Worked on complex products.
