Marketing Specialist-Personal Loan

Principle Accountabilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency.

Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Team Collaboration and Training: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.

Skills and Expertise:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content management systems.
• Knowledge of brand management and marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
• Certification in digital marketing or a related field is preferred.
